Hi! We're Patrick and Caroline, the owners of Peace 'n Poodles. We live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and our favorite thing to do besides watching LSU football and listening to 60s and 70s rock and roll music is spending time with our 7 grandkids and 3 dogs!

Our love of doodles started with Chewie and Leia who crossed over the doggie Rainbow Bridge a few years ago. With the help of our niece who raises AKC miniature poodles, we decided to open our hearts and home again and start Peace 'n Poodles to share our love of dogs with others.

 

We're not your typical dog breeder. Our pups live inside our home, sleep in bed with us, snuggle on the couch (and mostly fight for space in our laps!), and get daily walks or jogs. They are part of our family!

 

Caroline has raised and loved many dogs over the years. One time when she was a little girl, she slipped out of Church without telling anyone, walked over a mile home, and was found cuddled up next to the litter of pups whelped by her dog! These days, you can find her doing the same thing - climbing in the puppy pen and spending hours kissing and cuddling the puppies. She has been pet sitting for many years and still takes care of several dogs and cats in the Baton Rouge area.

Patrick is also a huge dog lover. He is a hunter and he's raised and loved many hunting dogs over the years. He is also an excellent cook and keeps everyone well fed and happy!

 

Together, we take pride in raising healthy, beautiful puppies with sweet personalities and matching them to loving homes.
